Referral Program

The following terms apply to your participation in the JP Fence (“JP Fence” or “we”) Referral Program (“Program”) by visiting the JP Fence website http://www.jpfence.com (“Website”). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these terms.

What is a Qualified Referral?

Subject to the sole discretion of JP Fence, you may earn a $50 Gift Card for each Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined by the following:

Instructions

The referred customer must mention the name of the person who referred them either when scheduling the estimate appointment or during the appointment itself.

Restrictions

Referrals must be new customers to JP Fence. Existing customers or those who have previously inquired about services are not eligible for referral rewards. Only one gift card will be issued per contract. Only one contract per address location will be eligible for the referral program. The referrer must be an existing customer in good standing with JP Fence. If multiple people refer the same customer to JP Fence, only the first person to make the referral will receive the gift card once the purchase is completed. The Program may not be combined with other referral programs or incentives given by JP Fence.

Payment

Referrals will be paid only if the referred customer signs a contract and completes payment for a qualifying fence project. No referral payments will be made for incomplete or canceled projects. The referral must result in a signed contract with 100% of balances collected.

The “Fine Print”

Eligibility Requirements

Referral program is open to legal residents of Nevada who are 18 years of age or older.

Tax Obligations

Referral rewards are subject to federal and state income taxes. It is the referrer's responsibility to report and pay any applicable taxes.

Non-Transferable

Referral rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes unless otherwise stated.

Program Modifications

JP Fence reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.

Misrepresentation Clause

JP Fence reserves the right to void referrals and rewards earned in a fraudulent or improper manner. Any attempt to manipulate, deceive, or abuse the referral program will result in disqualification and potential legal action.

Compliance with Local Laws

The referral program is void where prohibited by law. Participants are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all local regulations.

Liability Release: By participating in the Program, you agree that JP Fence will have no liability and that you will indemnify and hold JP Fence harmless for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury, or damage to you or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of your participation in the Program. You will not settle any claim without the prior written consent of JP Fence. Further, you agree that JP Fence is not responsible for faulty referral links, any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, order processing, or communication; technical or mechanical malfunctions; errors in these terms, in any Program-related materials; human-processing error; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; damage to your equipment, computer hardware or software, or inaccurate information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise.
